Pam Dobbels
Controller
Since 2003, Pam has held responsibility for Ragan's financial management and has overseen its office administration, including the computer network, insurance and human resources. She is an experienced accountant and controller in the construction industry.
Terry Joens
Service Manager
Terry joined the Ragan Service Department as a service technician in 1987. He is a member of the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society (RSES) where he has attained the level of Master Technician Specialist and is North American Technician Excellence (NATE) certified in heating, air conditioning and heat pumps. With 18 years of field service experience, he brings to this position a mechanical expertise with the philosophy that a technician’s first and foremost responsibility is customer service.

Safety Coordinator
With Ragan since 1998, Mike maintains the company's commitment to a safe workplace with an innovative program that keeps safety awareness top-of-mind for each team member. He has worked in construction and industrial safety since 1992.
J.L. Williams
Vice President, Industrial Division
J.L. brought a depth of experience in the mechanical trades when he joined Ragan in 2001. A welder to the trades since 1978, he has worked in welding estimating, in project management and as a superintendent. He has established expertise in boiler work, pressure vessel work and high-pressure piping.
Brian J. Larson, P.E.
Estimator/Project Manager
After four years work with a mechanical engineering design firm, Brian joined Ragan in 2003. A professional engineer who is LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) accredited, he provides commercial estimating and project management services.
